Good design is as little design as possible. Not burdened with non-essentials. The BC17B-DCF features a large, easy to read dial layout and timeless design, honoring Ram's 10 principles. The clockwork is silent, the yellow tipped second hand floats in one continuous movement across the dial. No ticking - just time.

DCF (GMT+1) signal Radio Controlled movement for Central European Time Zone. (This covers Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, Northern Italy, and all other countries which share the same time zone). The radio controlled function can be switched off and the clock can be manually set for use in those countries where the radio controlled signal cannot be registered by the clock.
